Here is important information before you start listening to your first Tuning Into Life Session. Please read the information below or watch Margaret Beam walk you through an overview in the video below.

 

Virtual sessions have shown to be just as effective as in-person sessions and it works through intention. If you are open and your intent is aligned with the session, you will receive the benefits.

What is a Biofield?

National Institute of Health (NIH) defines a biofield as a “field of energy and information that surrounds all living organisms.”

We all have an energy field around us, and we work with an electromagnetic field that carries an imprint of our entire lives that measures around 5-6ft around us.

How does a session work?

Our biofields can carry inflammation just like our bodies do. A tuning fork acts like an antenna and it can read the information in a biofield during a specific imprint of time.

In a session, we work on a particular issue or area in your life where you need to move forward from something that is physical, emotional, relational, or maybe even goal-oriented and you would like to accomplish something new in your life that will be a significant change.

As we work through your field and set an intention, we can pick up where there is fear imprinted in the field that is impacting that particular issue you want to work on.

Just like flying a plane, we may encounter turbulence in your field where the energy needs to be smoothed out in order for you to move forward. These rough patches in your field are areas of resistance that you either want to fight it or run from it (our natural fight or flight responses). We work to get rid of these responses to help you heal, energize, and move forward.

What to expect

  • Each session is around 1 hour
  • You can relax, rest, or even fall asleep during the session. Make sure you will find a quiet place where you can listen and not be disturbed during this time.
  • There are different kinds of tuning forks used throughout the session, some are sound forks which you will hear and some are weighted forks which you may only hear slightly or for most –  not hear at all. These are used throughout the session in tandem with Margaret Beam mindset coaching.

There are 3 stages in each session:

1. Opening up

The goal in the first part of the session is to get your biofield energy flowing starting with the heart.

2. Biofield Movement

The goal in the second part of the session is to work on the biofield itself and find energetic blocks or areas of resistance to reestablish flow. We call this step “combing” the field. 

3. Reintegration

The last part of the session is to reintegrate the new energy pattern into your field. This is the shortest part of the session that we call “sealing” the energy.
